This was a major renovation project that created a new combined servery for Butler and Wilson Colleges.  Dining room improvements and a new kitchen were completed.  A new entry addition on Goheen Walk gives Wilcox hall a new look while providing a new stair and passenger elevator.  This new elevator, as well as new ramps, provides barrier-free access to all floors.  Barrier-free toilet rooms are also provided on the second floor.  Life safety improvements include upgraded fire alarm systems and extended fire suppression systems.  Much of the aging building infrastructure was replaced or improved as part of this project with new energy-efficient systems.

Project phases were delivered in fall of 2007, 2008 and 2009.
