Project Description
Located on the northwest corner of Prospect Ave. and Murray Place, the renovation of this apartment complex will focus on essential upgrades, safety improvements, and extending the useful life of the building. The project will provide improvements to the building's infrastructure, including heating, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, data, and telephone systems. The building's corridors will be extended and access will be improved in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The apartments's kitchens and bathrooms will be refurbished and interior finishes will be refreshed.
