An electrical shutdown will take place at 36 University Place on Thursday, December 30, 2010 beginning at 6 a.m.and ending at approximately 6 p.m. The shutdown is necessary for the removal of PSE&G electrical power from the building and to restore electrical feed capacity from the campus electrical system.

A steam shutdown will take place at Bloomberg Hall on Monday, December 27, 2010 from 6 a.m. until approximately 3 p.m. During the shutdown hot water and heat will be unavailable to residents of the building. The shutdown is necessary during the installation of a steam meter.
Please note, a postponement of the installation will occur if outside temperatures are determined to be so low as to prevent the shutdown of heat to the building.
