This exciting live competition takes place from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the Gallery at Frist as three team finalists paired with a member of the University bakeshop create their original Dean Malkiel inspired cake design.

University plumbers and American Water will shutdown water service to 1927/Clapp, Dodge Osborn and 1938 Halls on Saturday, April 30 from 6 a.m. until approximately 12 p.m. while repairs are made. During this time no water will be available to residents. Once service is restored residents are asked to allow the water to run for 60 seconds to ensure impurities pass through the pipes.

Come celebrate Earth Day in the residential dining halls on Thursday, April 21. Our chefs have each prepared special Earth Day menus using local ingredients.

A water shutdown will occur on Friday, April 15 at Little Hall from 1 p.m. until approximately 3 p.m. while University plumbers conduct a backflow device test. During this time both hot and cold water will be unavailable. Please run water for a few minutes once it has been restored to dissipate any cloudiness you may observe.

Dining Services is proud to be a sponsor of Greening Princeton's Farmers' Market, bringing local producers to campus in celebration of fresh, sustainable, and delicious food. This year's spring market will be held each Tuesday, beginning April 12 through May 17. Each week our chefs will prepare a recipe using farm fresh ingredients in a cooking demonstration on Firestone Plaza.
