Designed by Davis Brody & Associates, Hoyt Laboratory was completed in 1979. The building contains research area, instructional space, and faculty office space. This renewal project will provide new mechanical, electrical, and laboratory systems for the building.

Please be advised that due to unforeseen construction delays the chilled water shutdown will be extended until noon Tuesday, June 19. Crews are working diligently to complete the welding of the chilled water mains. With an overnight low of 59 and a high of only 84 tomorrow we do not expect any significant impacts to users. The shutdown will continue to affect the following buildings ONLY:
