International Palate Winning Recipes Presented in the Dining Halls
The top three winning recipes submitted to International Palate were featured at dinner in all six residential dining halls on November 9. International Palate, a contest sponsored by the Office of International Programs and Princeton Dining Services, invites students participating in a study abroad program to submit their favorite international recipe as well as some background about their culinary experience abroad.

Second place winners Ashley Eberhart '13 Mathey College, and Deesha Sarma, '13 Mathey College with Dean Nancy Kanach, Senior Associate Dean of the College and Director, Office of International Programs and Giorgio Di Mauro, Associate Director, Study Abroad Program, Office of the Dean of the College.
Third place winner Shirley Gao '13., Mathey College with Chef Rob and Unit Chef Michael Gattis, Rockefeller/Mathey Colleges
