New Jersey American Water Customers Asked to Conserve Water During Emergency Repair
Beginning at 7 p.m. this evening, Tuesday, July 24, New Jersey American Water (NJAW) will make emergency repairs on a 60” water main in Manville, NJ that distributes water to Princeton Borough and Princeton Township. NJAW anticipates the repairs will last for 24 hours. During repairs, NJAW will need to take the main out of service. NJAW asks that customers conserve and curtail outdoor water use until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25.
Capacity of the company’s water distribution system will be reduced; however, no impact to customer’s water service is anticipated.
For updates, customers should visit the “Headlines” section of NJAW’s website or follow NJAW on Facebook.
