Billable Fixed Price Service Rates
Prices as of July 1, 2011
Each of the items listed here are billable fixed price services, paid for by the requesting department at a pre-determined rate. Select the service listed here to determine the amount billable to your department. Your account will be billed this amount in the month in which the job is completed.

Keys and Locks
Keys: If picked up by customer at MacMillan Building
- 1-10 keys
no charge - 11-20 keys
$26.00 - 20 + keys
$26. + $2.50/key over 20
Keys: If delivered to customer
- 1-10 keys
$30.00 - 11-20 keys
$42.50 - 20 + keys
$42.50. + $2.50/key over 20
Lock Changes: “Best Lock” core changes
- 1 core change $75.00, installed, w/ 2 keys
- additional keys $2.50 each
- additional cores $30.00 each, installed
Lock Changes: Padlocks (non-core):
- $15.00 each, w/ 2 keys; if delivered, add $30.00 delivery fee.
All other locksmith services and lock hardware changes can be quoted if requested, and will be billed either as quoted, or when appropriate, on a “Time and Materials” basis.
Signs*
Desk Name Plates, if picked up by customer:

Desk Name Plates if delivered to customer:

Door Numbering or Lettering (Vinyl):
- $45.00
Wall signs, up to 24” square with 3 lines of print maximum (vinyl):
- $63.00 installed
Temporary exterior signs with ground stand, 24” x 18”, picked up by customer:
- $48.00
Pricing for other signs can be quoted as needed.
Large signs are made using outside vendors and prices will be quoted accordingly.
*Note: These prices do not include any touch-up painting. We will direct any required touch-up painting resulting from the installation to the Paint Shop. It will be completed according to the regular scheduling of maintenance painting. There will be no charge to the customer. If you want the painting done sooner, the Paint Shop can quote a price for the work and schedule it at your request.
