Tradesperson Rates for Times and Materials Billable Services
Grounds and Building Maintenance tradesperson labor rates for work that is billed based upon actual time and materials is as follows.
Regular Rate (straight time):
- $54.85 per hour
Overtime Rate:
- $82.25 per hour
Note that these figures represent labor only and not materials. As work is completed you will be billed the expense of time and materials by the Facilities Business Office based on information provided by the shop(s).
