Clearance Code Reports
Clearance Code Reports provide information regarding the name of each person having a given clearance code by buildings or employee roles and are generated through the Information Warehouse. This information is used by BACs and DAFs to monitor and control who has access to electronically secured buildings.
To Request this Service
Please use these guidelines to request this service.
- Who is Authorized to Request this Service
New BACs and DAFs are sent instructions to access the Information Warehouse when they are initially established. BACs or DAFs who have misplaced their instructions may send e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to request another copy or view instructions online. - When this Service is Available
This service is available whenever the Information Warehouse is available.
- How to Request
Access is granted at the time someone becomes a BAC or DAF.

- Required Information
Your netID and password
Reports for BACs are restricted to the authorized. Reports for DAFs are restricted to the authorized employee role.
The reports may be downloaded into Excel. Instructions for accessing the Information Warehouse and to view and run TigerCard reports are provided.
