Clearance Code Programming for Photo TigerCards
To allow an individual access into an electronically secured building, a clearance code must be programmed into a cardholder’s record in the C-Cure software. The programming is done centrally by Site Protection after receiving an authorized request.

Please follow these guidelines to request this service:
- Who is Authorized to Request this Service
Only Building Access Coordinators (BACS) and Department Access Facilitators (DAFS) are authorized to request that a clearance code be added to the card.

This service is available 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Last minute needs after business hours service can not be fulfilled.
- How to Request
BACs and DAFs may request this service by attaching a completed Clearance Code Request Form to e-mail sent to email@example.com.
- Information Needed
The clearance code request form must be completed fully.
All requests are responded to within one business day. Emails are checked once or twice a day. For emergencies, please call the Site Protection Office and speak to a representative after sending your e-mail (ext. 8-9038).
Limitations to Service
BACS may only grant their authorized buildings’ clearance codes. DAFS may only grant access to exterior doors or a BAC approved clearance code. See Service Standard ‘Requesting a Clearance Code change for Generic Loaner Cards’ for requesting access changes to the Loaner Cards.
