CACS
Requesting CACS Installation
The Office of Design and Construction (ODC) reviews requests and notifies the appropriate team within Facilities. The assigned Facilities’ project manager will meet with the requester to understand the program needs and initiate a feasibility study to determine preliminary scope, schedule, and budget for the work. The requester will be required to provide written authorization to proceed before any work is scheduled.

The Department Representative/Chair is authorized to request this service.
- How To Request
Submit an ODC Project Request form to request this service. Forms may be obtained by contacting Carole Loffredo at (609)258-2996.
Response Time
The feasibility review can take 3 months. The timing of the work will be determined by factors including administrative/security priority and the availability of existing Facilities’ resources.
Limitations to Fulfilling Service Request
Prior to implementation the project manager has to be assured that the project is structurally feasible and that resources, financial and human, are available.
Buildings or areas scheduled for renovation within the next 3/5 calendar years will not be considered for CACS installations.
Responsibility for This Service
Bill Bausmith, Office of Design and Construction and Dave Olsen, Site Protection have primary responsibility for this service.
Charges
Your department will be required to provide a project grant to cover the cost of the work.
