Card Replacement
If your TigerCard is not functioning the TigerCard Office will replace it.
To Replace Your TigerCard
To replace your card you must come into the TigerCard Office during normal business hours with your non-functioning card.
When This Service Is Available
This service is available during normal business hours. Business hours are available on the TigerCard Office Website.
Charges
If the non-functioning card is not damaged there is no charge for a replacement card. If however the card is physically damaged there is a $15.00 replacement charge.
