In the event that exterior card access doors in a building are not electronically locking, Public Safety may be requested to send a patrol officer to verify that the doors are secure periodically throughout the night.

- Who Is Authorized To Request This Service
Building Access Coordinators, Facilities, or the TigerCard Office may request this service.
- When Service Is Available
After normal business hours
- How To Request
Call Public Safety (609) 258-1000 and ask for the supervisor on duty.
- Required Information
Period of time service will be needed.
This service is available during the 3 p.m.– 11 p.m.and 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. shifts and response time is dependent on what manpower will allow during this period.
Limitations to Service
This service is available for exterior doors only.
There is no charge for this service.
Service restrictions or other relevant information:
This is a temporary service for malfunctioning, non-locking, exterior doors that cannot be repaired the same day.
