Outdoor Space Selection and Reservation
An event such as a festival, fair, barbeque, picnic, study break, concert, arch sing or tailgating party requires the reservation of outdoor space.
Commonly Used Outdoor Spaces and Reservation Method
The following is a list of commonly used outdoor spaces. All outdoor space, may be reserved by contacting Conference and Event Services with the exception of athletic fields, Scudder Plaza at the Woodrow Wilson School and the South Lawn at Frist Campus Center. Note that special reservation regulations apply to not-for-profit organizations.
- South Lawn of Alexander Hall (Alexander Beach)
Typically used for picnics and other large outdoor gatherings. To reserve this space contact Conference and Event Services at (609) 258-6115. Be advised that events held on Alexander Beach cannot conflict with events in Richardson Auditorium in terms of noise and sound. - University Store Courtyard

Typically used for outdoor concerts and other large outdoor events, contact Conference and Event Services at (609) 258-6115 to make a reservation. - 1901, Little, Laughlin Courtyard

Athletic fields may be used for official University events. To request the use of athletic fields for official University events, contact the Intercollegiate Program Manager in the Department of Athletics, at (609) 258-0062. - Scudder Plaza at the Woodrow Wilson School
This area includes the fountain area and surrouding space outside of Robertson Hall. To discuss availability and to reserve this space submit an online request or send an e-mail to the Woodrow Wilson School, Facilities Services Office at wwsbus@princeton.edu.
