Snow and Ice Removal
The Maintenance Department’s Grounds personnel are responsible for clearing snow and ice resulting from winter weather. These efforts are performed according to established plans and schedules designed to maximize the efficiency of the staff and equipment while delivering the greatest benefit to the majority of the University community in the shortest time possible. The Building Services custodial staff assist in this effort by clearing the immediate area in front of building entrances.

Particular icing problems that seem to be isolated situations or overlooked can be reported to the Facilities Customer Service Center at 609-258-8000 or by submitting an online work request.
