Property Management (University Rental Properties)
Housing Operations staff in the department of Housing and Real Estate Services, manage University rental properties. Area Coordinators are onsite Monday through Friday during regular business hours performing routine maintenance and are the first responders for service requests submitted by residents. These individuals will make the appropriate arrangements when it is determined that a specialized technician or campus grounds or maintenance shop is needed to perform repairs.
