Lockouts (Apartment)
The University recommends that you lock your apartment door at all times. If you leave behind or temporarily misplace your apartment key you may request lockout service to have your door unlocked.
To Request Service
Your contact to request this service depends on the time of your request. You will be required to present ID to obtain this service.
- Monday through Friday
7:30 p.m.- 5 p.m.
Contact the Facilities Service Center who will radio your superintendent or the superintendent on call. - Weekend and Weekdays after 5:00
Contact the Department of Public Safety 24 Hour Communications Desk.
Public Safety will either contact the superintendent on call or provide the service.
This is a fee service for graduate students living in University Housing.
Fee Schedule
Your superintendent or the public safety officer will report the lockout service to the Housing Office. The fee for this service is $15.00 per lockout.
