Rigging Services
The department of Engineering has the expertise and equipment to provide rigging services to departments requiring the move of heavy/ specialized equipment from one location on campus to another.
Who May Request this Service
Any department within Princeton University may request this service when the move of the equipment requires rigging equipment or engineering expertise.
To Request this Service
To request rigging service contact Sean Gallagher, Civil Engineer in the department of Engineering. Please provide details about the equipment to be moved as well as scheduling requests.
Consultation and Estimate
Once you have made a request for rigging services you will be contacted by the department of Engineering to discuss your requirements and the nuances of your particular move. Engineering will work with you to meet your requirements efficiently. In addition, you will be provided a cost estimate for this service.
Fee for Service
The fee for this service is the cost of labor to perform the move. Labor charges are in half day and full increments.
