Protective Measures for Personal Safety
The department of Housing and Real Estate Services publishes a list of suggestions for living on campus. This common sense approach involves defensive behaviors, including locking your room door, being aware of your surroundings at all times, and maintaining the integrity of the Card Access System (CACS) by never propping open an entryway door to your residence.
Crime Prevention Initiatives

Pick up any blue light phone located throughout campus and push the red button to report an emergency. - Laptop cable lock purchase
Secure your laptop to a difficult to move object by purchasing a cable lock at the OIT Solutions Center or at any computer retail store.
