As part of Princeton’s Aspire campaign, funds are being sought to further develop students for responsible citizenship in an increasingly complex and diverse society by fostering cultural understanding, leadership development and empowerment through critical inquiry and self-analysis.
Since 1971, the Carl A Fields Center for Equality and Cultural Understanding Center has served as a catalyst for exploring critical issues that intersect race, culture, identity and social justice. As a center of excellence for multicultural and social justice education, the Carl A. Fields Center has identified the following fiscal needs that will serve as a means towards deepening community awareness around these critical issues.
Endowed funding is being sought to support
- Mentoring and Leadership Development Programs
- Sustained Dialogue
- Social Justice Education and Cultural Immersion
- Clark Munoz Gallery Exhibits
