The Diversity Council is the selected student body of the Undergraduate Student Government and the Fields Center for Equality and Cultural Understanding. This group serves as the formal link between students, organizations and the director. It fosters communication, coordination and collaboration among a diverse range of student constituency groups and the broader campus community around issues of diversity and community.

The Advisory Council participates in strategic planning and offers specific recommendations to the Fields Center staff to ensure the fulfillment of its mission, vision and goals. Members include Princeton faculty, students and staff.
