The director of the Fields Center is a member of the staff of the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students, who works closely with deans and center directors in developing a co-curricular program that enriches Princeton's academic life. The director serves as an adviser and educator for students and as a resource for faculty and staff on issues of diversity and community. Additionally, the center's director helps to organize workshops, trainings and retreats for student organizations and campus affiliates that focus on topics related to race and ethnicity, class, civic engagement and leadership development.
