Physical Facilities
The Fields Center is a comfortable, inviting place to read, work, relax and meet other members of the community. Consider reserving space at the Fields Center to host your next event.
All rooms are PU wireless. See detailed descriptions of the individual spaces below. Also, please be mindful the furniture in the spaces, other than room 104 are not able to be moved for events. These spaces are available with the furniture available as is.
Large Multipurpose Room, 104
This is the largest space and seats approximately 300 individuals without tables and 150 with tables. The room is equipped with a mounted projector, screen, Blue Ray DVD, DVD Player, CD Player/5 disc changer.

- 20 Banquets Tables that are 6 feet long

- Wood floor
Adjoined to this space is the Kitchen area. The Kitchen is only able to be reserved for warming and storing foods during your event; including caterer needs. The kitchen is NOT to be used for full cooking purposes. This space is equipped with an oven, one refrigerator, one refigerator-freezer, three large stainless steel sinks, and supply drawers.
Class of 1985 Meeting Room, 105
This room provides a comfortable setting for discussion groups, small classes, etc. The room, with seating for 20-25, is warmly decorated with sofas, chairs, ethnic works, area rugs and hardwood floors. The room is equipped with a built in projector and screen. There is also an a/v cart with a DVD system and speakers.
Dickerson Room, 101
The lounge provides a cozy space to study for 25-30 people. This room is furnished with a flat screen, LCD TV, soft seating and a decorative fireplace. Paintings and artwork grace the walls.
Clinton Seminar Room, 205
This room includes an oval-shaped table, seating 17 comfortably seminar style. It is equipped with a mounted blackboard, screen, projector, and an a/v rack.
Library/Resource Room, 107
This space is great for small study groups and small film showings, for 6-8 people. Enjoy comfortable soft seating, flat screen TV and DVD player. This room also includes two PCs available for use and has a multimedia collection of more than 700 films and documentaries in VHS.
Lounge, Room 106
This space is great for meeting, studying and chatting with friends! Enjoy booth and small table seating while you sip coffee and tea from our enticing Flavia System! Also, enjoy the flat screen TV and microwave. Sorry, only room for about 15 comfortably, no large parties please!
