Dean Deignan is responsible for the appointment and supervision of all staff in the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students and the oversight of office policies and resources. She serves as chair of the Committee on Discipline and the Alcohol Initiative Fund. She works with a number of University committees and departments to shape policy affecting undergraduate life.
