I’m a junior in the Classics Department from San Jose, California. Over the last two years I have seriously considered majoring in three completely different departments: Chemistry, Comparative Literature, and Classics. I have had semesters of mainly science classes as well as mainly humanities. I’m looking forward to sharing perspective on my diverse background with other Princeton students, especially those who are also interested in both sciences and humanities but are unsure what they want to concentrate in. My current academic interests are languages (dead and alive, especially Spanish, Biblical Hebrew, French, and Classical Greek), linguistics, religions of Late Antiquity, and literature. Get in touch if you’re interested in classes in any of these fields of study, torn between concentrating in sciences and humanities, or are thinking about going into academia.
