If your computer is not functioning properly, please take one of the steps below to contact OIT:
1. Contact the STC (formally RCC) in your residential college by sending email to email@example.com. An STC will contact you to make an appointment to come to your room. This is often the easiest way to have a problem resolved.
2. Call the OIT Help Desk at 609-258-HELP. Do this from your room while sitting in front of your computer. One of the OIT consultants will attempt to solve your problem over the phone, and if unsuccessful, transfer your incident to a member of the RCC team who will contact you to arrange a meeting.
3. E-mail the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem you are having as well as your name and phone number. You will be e-mailed back with a possible solution within one business day.
4. Visit the OIT Solutions Center located on the 100 level of the Frist Campus Center.
