13. Turning Point
The Ten Crucial Days

The print “Turning Point” (1976) was etched by artist Ann Gross as
part of the collection “The Ten Crucial Days.” The collection is one
of two portfolios created by local artists as part of Princeton’s
celebration of the American Revolution Bicentennial. Edited by Judith
Brodsky and Helen Schwartz, the portfolio is number 5 of an edition
of 20 and belongs to the Princeton Bicentennial Collection.

“Turning Point” was generously donated by the family of the late
Leslie L. “Bud” Vivian ’42, long-time Director of Community Relations
at Princeton University, to whom they had been given by the Princeton
Historical Society in recognition of his years of service fostering
town-gown relations.
