Triangle performers Craig Nalen ’52 and Wells Huff
’52 encourage Illinois Governor Adlai Stevenson ’22 to kick
up his heels at a reception following the Chicago tour performance of
the club’s 1949-1950 production, Come Across. Twice
the Democratic candidate for U.S. president, Stevenson later served as
an ambassador to the United Nations. He is quoted on the walls of
the Frist Campus Center.
