| Bioanalyzer | Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer System is used to check the hybridization of probes prior to labeling. | Training is held on Tuesdays at 10:30am. DNA chips on the first Tuesday of every month; RNA chips on the second Tuesday; Small RNA chips third Tuesday. There are four spots available for any training session, if you wish to join, please contact us. |
| NanoDrop | NanoDrop ND-1000 UV-Vis spectrophotmeter is used to check hybridization as well as quantifying post labeling efficiency prior to application of probes to the array. | Nanodrop training takes 10 minutes and can be done at anytime. Contact us to schedule a time. |
