Kara Dolinski, Ph.D. has accepted the position of Assistant Director of the Lewis-Sigler Institute, replacing incumbent Susan M. Powell, who is retiring. Dr. Dolinski has served as Director of the Genome Databases Group at the Institute since 2003; from 1998 to 2003 she was Head Curator at the Saccharomyces Genome Database at Stanford University. She will start her new position on March 15, 2010.
