POSTER PRINTING
Students presenting posters at conferences can print their posters at the GEO Library found in the Fine Hall basement until the new Frank Gehry building is complete on the corner of Ivy Lane and Washington Road. (See your Faculty Assistant for the Acount Number to be billed.)

TRAVEL INFORMATION
See your Faculty Assistant for booking of travel and payment of Conference Registration fees in advance of your travel. Reimbursements cannot be made until travel is completed and all original receipts are turned in to the assistant and a travel voucher is submitted.

There are four videoconferencing rooms available for use on campus: two in Robertson Hall (001 and 016, available only to WWS faculty, staff, and students), one in Wallace Hall (seats 16) , and one at the Lewis Science Library (seats 12). Please see their individual listings on the website for details on capacity, equipment and booking.
