The Princeton University Geosciences Society (PUGS) March for Science

On April 22, the Princeton University Geosciences Society (PUGS) organized a contingency of students and scientists to stand with science at the March for Science in Washington, D.C. They just happened to meet a few dinosaurs along the way.

PUGS organizer Hannah Tandy ‘18 shares her experience: "There were so many people there despite the rain. I found this to be amazing. There were quite a few good cheers which I always enjoy and a ton of great signs. One of my favorite chants was "What do we want? Science! When do we want it? After peer review!"  Photos courtesy of Hannah Tandy ‘18 and Georgette Chalker.
