Omar Dewachi is Faculty Member in Epidemiology and Population Health and in Anthropology at American University of Beirut. He is currently a Visiting Scholar at the Institute for Advanced Studies, Princeton. His forthcoming book is entitled "Ungovernable Life: War and Mandatory Medicine in Iraq". The discussion will be moderated by João Biehl and John Borneman, Department of Anthropology.
