(More about event)Ambassador Jimmy Kolker is the Principal Deputy Director in the Office of Global Affairs at the United States Department of Health and Human Services. He most recently served as Chief of the HIV/AIDS Section at UNICEF’s New York headquarters from 2007 - August 2011. Prior to joining UNICEF, Jimmy served as Deputy Global AIDS Coordinator in the Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator (OGAC), which leads implementation of the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
