Enrollment Terminated (ETDCC)
Enrollment Terminated, Degree Candidacy Continued
When graduate students come to the end of their regular period of enrollment and support in their degree program (either four or five years), and has either exhausted DCE status or chosen not to enter it. At this point, enrollment is terminated, but degree candidacy continues.
Students in unenrolled status retain network and library privileges for one year after entering ET/DCC status to ease the transition to an unenrolled status.
Students entering ET/DCC status is required to complete the End of Enrollment form, and submit their materials to the Graduate School.
