Nonimmigrant applicants must be lawfully present in the United States as a condition of registration.
If you are a non US citizen and have two US addresses (mailing and permanent) you will be required to provide your current visa information along with your country of citizenship on the electronic application. If you select pending permanent residency as your visa type you will be required to provide your USCIS number along with your country of citizenship on the electronic application.
If you are a permanent resident you will be required to provide your alien registration number and your country of citizenship on the electronic application.
