Patent Policy
Visiting/Exchange Student Scholars are expected to sign the usual patent waiver form and will be governed by University policy in regard to patents, as specified in the most recent version of Rights, Rules, and Responsibilities; that is, they will be governed in the same manner as regular degree candidates.
