Mindfulness and Meditation In this experiential workshop, you will learn mindfulness skills that can help with your adjustment and transition for the summer, and beyond! Whether you are graduating or going home for the summer, a smooth transition can set the stage for success - personally and professionally. Learn simple techniques that will help you adapt to change and enjoy positive experiences and emotions. Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free.
