CrossFit Teaser Class Time to put that New Year’s resolution to the test! CrossFit is a fitness program combining movements from weightlifting, gymnastics, and athletics (running, jumping, throwing), using a variety of equipment (barbells, tires, ropes; anything really) as creatively as possible. It is scalable and can accommodate people of all abilities, backgrounds, and experience. There are more than 4000 CrossFit gyms around the world. Hoop It Up: Pizza and Men’s Basketball Game vs. Penn Back by popular demand! Enjoy pizza for dinner, hear some game strategy from a member of the Men’s Basketball coaching staff and then watch the Princeton Men’s Basketball team take on Penn at 6pm!
