Test Your Mood
Are you feeling a little stressed, stretched or challenged in some area of your life? Curious what resources are available on campus for support? Or know a friend or colleague that may need some assistance? Take a short break and check in with yourself in a low-key way. Health Promotion and Prevention Services (HPPS) is coordinating a Test Your Mood event in conjunction with Counseling & Psychological Services (CPS) and The Graduate School on Tuesday, November 12th from 1-3pm in Campus Club. This will be an informal opportunity to take a quick quiz and then briefly speak with a member of CPS. Why not grab a friend, stop by, test your mood, get a free gift and even enjoy free milk and cookies. Be good to yourself and join us! Questions? Contact Olivia at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sponsored by HPPS, CPS and the Graduate School.
