PSURE Application Period Begins November 1
The Office of Academic Affairs and Diversity offers an eight-week summer research experience for up to 20 undergraduates who express a serious interest in pursuing a Ph.D. and following a career in college or university teaching and research. Application period runs November 1, 2013 - February 1, 2014.

Bowling at Colonial Lanes
Come out and join other graduate student bowling novices and enthusiasts for an evening at Colonial Lanes. If you get tired of bowling, there are plenty of other activities (arcade games and laser tag). Email Josh at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. When emailing please state if you require transportation, am able to provide transportation to others, and where you will be departing from (e.g. Stanworth, Lawrence, Butler). Bad Science Movie Night: The Core
The Core, released in 2003, is famous for its terrible science. The premise: the core of the Earth stopped spinning, which could have incredibly disastrous consequences for life on Earth, so a mission is launched to start it spinning again.
