Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: Mindful Holidays This workshop will help you understand the sources of holiday stress, and to become aware of how holiday stress affects you. Using mindfulness meditation practices and intention setting, you will be ready to manage the demands of the holidays, let go of expectations of how holidays "should" be, and set intentions for creating a satisfying season that reflects what you truly want to celebrate. Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free. Sign-ups are strongly encouraged but a number of walk-ins will be allowed.
