Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch
In this experiential workshop, you will learn mindfulness skills that can help with your adjustment and transition to graduate school. Whether you are a new or returning student, a smooth transition can set the stage for a successful academic year. Learn simple techniques that will help you adapt to change and enjoy positive experiences and emotions. Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW and Kathy Wagner, MPH. Location: Library, Campus Club.
