The Breakfast Workout Club
Every Tuesday/Thursday Morning in October. Have you had a wonderfully overindulgent summer and want to get back into a regular workout routine? Do you want to stay fit for the fall? If so, join The Breakfast Club for a fun and intense semiweekly 30 – 45 minute cardio/strength workout. After the workout we’ll have quick breakfast items (water, fruit, toast, and eggs) you can grab and eat on the go for a perfect start to your Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Additional workout plans will be given out so that you can keep up the good work 7 days a week. This event is free but space is limited and sign up is required.
