Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: Mindful Relationships
Healthy relationships thrive on communication, trust, and compassion. Being mindful allows us to create rich, authentic, and joyful relationships. Learn skills to deal in a different way with the unpleasant and unexpected in others, and ways to understand ones own expectations and emotional reactions. We will practice ways to pay attention to our habitual reactivity without judging, so that we can respond in compassionate and constructive ways to ourselves and to others. Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free. Sign-ups are encouraged but a number of walk-ins also will be allowed. Sign up with Olivia at omartel@princeton.edu. Sponsored by University Health Services and the Graduate School.
