Breakfast Workout Club: Spring Edition
Every Tuesday/Thursday Morning in April. We all know that winter is the time to bulk up and get cozy in order to keep the body warm. But winter is over and its time to get off your couch and throw those sweatpants in the garbage. If you are serious about getting fit for summertime bathing suits then join the Breakfast club for weekly workouts and a great fitness support group. This year, Tuesday workouts will be a fun strength/cardio workout and Thursday’s workout will be a 3 – 5 mile morning run. After the workout we’ll have quick breakfast items (water, fruit, toast, and eggs) you can grab and eat on the go for a perfect start to your Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
