Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: Mindfulness of Social Media
Do you spend more time than you want to on: texting, messaging, searching, blogging, tweeting, surfing, emailing, video sharing, etc? Being “constantly connected” can be very advantageous and very challenging at the same time. In this workshop, students will practice mindfulness strategies for reducing social media stress, and learn ways to live a balanced life – online and off! Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free. Sign-ups are strongly encouraged but a number of walk-ins will also be allowed. Sign up with Olivia at omartel@princeton.edu.
