Resolution Solutions: Get in Shape!
It’s the New Year – and its time to make sure you keep those resolutions. Join your fellow grad students for a 2-week boost to your goal to stay fit. Every weekday from Jan 21st to Jan 31st we will do a cardio building and muscle toning workout from Jillian Michaels Body Revolution series. On Thursdays we’ll go for a 4-mile run.
