Mindfulness and Meditation Lunch: Creating Happiness
Positive emotions are linked with better health, academic success and improved relationships. Mindfulness practice is an invaluable skill that helps expand our capacity for happiness as we gain courage and skills to face our problems. This workshop will show you how you can use mindfulness techniques to bounce back from negative events and enhance your life. Let’s slow down in this fast-paced setting and experience the wonders of positive emotions and resilience! Facilitated by Shefalika Gandhi, LCSW. A healthy lunch will be served. The event is free.
